Nock Out Lighted Nocks launched its all-new, online dealer portal in April 2018, making it easier for existing dealers to reorder products and for potential dealers to become an official carrier of Nock Out Lighted Nocks.
This move follows the company’s efforts to increase efficiency and create a simpler reorder and dealer application process. Dealers now have 24/7 access to Nock Out Lighted Nocks product catalog and the ability to reorder product any time of day.
Prior to launching the online dealer portal, existing dealers needed to inquire about reordering products over the phone. Prospective dealers were able to apply to become dealers only via phone or mail-in applications.
“Dealer development is the cornerstone of our business,” said National Sales Manager Corey Paulsen. “To further enhance the dealer experience, our new dealer portal streamlines new dealer applications and order submittals by providing easy access from our website.”
Dealer and customer satisfaction are top priority for the company. Recommendations for an easier order process coming in from dealers also prompted Nock Out Lighted Nocks to create and implement their online dealer portal.
Paulsen says that the ultimate goal stemming from the addition of the online dealer portal is to enable dealers to focus less on the reordering process and more on serving their customers and selling Nock Out Lighted Nocks.
