Robert Todd Harrell, a founder and bass player for the rock group 3 Doors Down, was sentenced to 10 years in a Mississippi prison for felony gun charges.

He was arrested in June 2018 when his home alarm system went off. His wife told law enforcement responders that she and Harrell had argued and he became physical with her. Officers saw drugs and a firearm, secured a search warrant and Harrell was arrested. He was charged with  possession of a firearm by a convicted felon.
