Mission Archery Announces 2019 Lineup of Bows

Mission ArcheryFor 2019 Mission Archery announces four high-value bows to its line — compounds featuring new adjustable cam technologies, riser designs, refined grips and new finish options including Realtree Original.

“With Mission, we pride ourselves on offering best-in-class performance at an affordable price,” said Matt McPherson, CEO and chief engineer of Mathews/Mission Archery. “This new line features proven technologies from our premier (Mathews) bow line that experienced bowhunters and new archers alike will appreciate. Mission has a bow that fits any archer’s needs.”

While McPherson’s claims about “best-in-class performance” would certainly raise an eyebrow with other bow manufacturers, it’s certainly true that in the past Mission Archery has been one of the leaders in the budget bows category. Check out what’s new from the mind of McPherson for 2019.

Mission Archery MXR ($499)

The 2019 MXR is a high-performance bow designed for serious bowhunters. The proven Crosscentric Cam system offers accuracy and speeds traditionally found in higher priced bows, while a 7-inch brace height enhances forgiveness and accuracy. The new grip design is refined with a thinner, more ergonomic profile that minimizes torque and enhances comfort.

Mission Archery Switch

Mission Archery Switch ($399)

The all-new Mission Switch is the most versatile platform in the Mission lineup. New Fast Fit cam technology offers half-inch draw lengths for a wider range of adjustability, and it’s quicker and easier to adjust than ever before. This newly redesigned cam system is heavily inspired by the Crosscentric Cam technology and maintains a smooth draw from 18 inches all the way up to 30 inches. The 31-inch axle-to-axle Switch provides a stable shooting platform and generous string angle for archers on all ends of the draw length spectrum. The ergonomic riser, paired with a slim grip design, should appeal to many archers.

Mission Archery
Mission Archery Hammr

Mission Archery Hammr ($299)

The all-new Mission Hammr is a solid choice for growing archers. Also featuring the new Fast Fit cam technology, the Hammr offers half-inch draw lengths from 17 to 29 inches to fit virtually any archer. Peak draw weight automatically increases with every draw length, ranging from 16-70 pounds. The Hammr’s cam system also provides an improved back wall for a more consistent anchor point and delivers efficient speed up to 300 fps (at 29 inches/70 pounds). The new grip was designed for added comfort, and the bow’s compact 28-inch axle-to-axle length will provide easy handling and maneuverability in ground blinds or treestands.

Mission Archery
Mission Archery Radik

Mission Archery Radik ($289)

Designed for young archers, the all-new Radik is the most affordable bow in the 2019 Mission lineup. It weighs a mere 3 pounds for easy handling and Fast Fit cam technology allows draw length adjustment in half-inch increments from 17 to 28 inches with the turn of a screw. It’s wide range of weight adjustability (10 to 50 pounds) gives you years of growth potential in one bow. A solid back wall for a more consistent anchor point, and a slim, composite grip offer comfortable feel for shooters at the beginning of their archery journey.

All Mission bows are designed, manufactured and assembled in Sparta, Wisconsin. And even though the price of these bows isn’t high, each one is backed by a lifetime warranty, which certainly is a major factor in Mission Archery’s broad appeal with bowhunters through the years.
