Sig Sauer Shipping SIG Air Reflex Sight

Sig Sauer is shipping its SIG AIR Reflex Sight. 

Designed to fit the SIG AIR M17 pellet pistol, and SIG ProForce M17 and M18 airsoft pistol, this low profile 1x23mm reflex sight features a wide field of view and 3 MOA red dot. The manual brightness control, located on the front of the sight, has six illumination intensity settings making it easy to see the red dot in all lighting conditions.  The sight features easy to use windage and elevation adjustments, and the lightweight aluminum housing and shock-proof design ensure durability.

NSSF Backs Nomination of Barrett to Supreme Court

The National Shooting Sports Foundation strongly supports President Donald Trump’s nomination of Judge Amy Coney Barrett to become an Associate Justice of the U.S. Supreme Court.

“We are pleased to lend our support to President Trump’s nomination of Judge Barrett to the Supreme Court and urge the Senate to approve her nomination as expeditiously as possible,” said Lawrence G. Keane, NSSF Senior Vice President and General Counsel. “We are confident Judge Barrett will serve our nation with distinction as an Associate Justice of our nation’s highest court and her service will reaffirm the importance of originalist jurists when protecting the Second Amendment rights of law-abiding Americans.”

Barrett currently sits on the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit.

FN American Lands Contract With U.S. Army

FN America has been awarded a firm-fixed-price contract to supply the U.S. Army with M249 Squad Automatic Weapons, also known as the M249 SAW. The contract is expected to be completed by 2025.

The FN M249 SAW has been a mainstay throughout the U.S. military since 1986 and is currently in service in more than 30 countries globally. FN has been the sole source manufacturer of the 5.56-chambered, belt-fed lightweight machine gun.

Designed for front line applications delivering crucial support at the infantry squad/fire team level, the FN M249 SAW provides accurate fire from a highly maneuverable light machine gun. The ergonomic polymer buttstock contains a hydraulic buffer that allows SAW gunners to maintain a high rate of fire with accuracy and effect.
