According to Mystery Ranch, the Hunter Conservation Program is “built for the gamechangers in the hunting world; those who believe conservation is the driver for a healthier habitat, and who see the long-term benefits of acting now and getting others to rally behind conservation.”
In the past, support in the form of donations (for Rocky Mountain Elk Foundation banquets, Mule Deer Foundation events, etc.) was difficult to find, request and process. The Hunter Conservation Program is looking to change this.
Ryan Holm, director of marketing for Mystery Ranch, said: “As a committee member for the Bridger Bucks Chapter (Mule Deer Foundation), I’m well aware of the efforts of the individuals to track down donations annually, and be on the processing side of hundreds of Mystery Ranch requests.”
Mystery Ranch wants to set a standard by providing pro pricing access to chapter banquets across the United States to conservation groups that are helping support healthy, sustainable wildlife and their habitat. The company wants to improve the donation process by creating an application form for chapter banquets to get easy access and bypass the back-n-forth process on a yearly basis.
Mystery Ranch hopes that other companies in the hunting and outdoor industry follow suit and introduce similar programs, making them a resource to support conservation and everything it encompasses. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
