The new Acrius series of affordable and reliable over/under shotguns has arrived from Legacy Sports International and Pointer Shotguns.
They're available in .410 and 28-, 20- and 12-gauge models, and youth models in .410 and 20-gauge. The Acrius comes standard with 28-inch barrels — 26-inch barrels in the youth models — and a fiber optic front sight. The lineup features a Turkish walnut stock, five chokes, dual extractors, raised vent rib, crisp mechanical trigger, chrome-lined barrels, barrel selector and shot-after-shot consistency.
The 12-gauge model comes with extended chokes. For hunting upland birds, waterfowl or crushing clays, the Pointer Acrius offers solid performance at a great value.
