Wilson Combat and Beretta USA are collaborating to produce the 92G Brigadier Tactical, a new pistol that features the most sought-after aspects of the Berretta 92 and all-steel Wilson Combat and Beretta custom parts.
The limited edition Wilson Combat/Beretta 92G Brigadier Tactical is part of Beretta’s celebration of 30 years of the M9 pistol and a century of semi-automatic handgun production. The pistol includes a steel ambidextrous decocker-only levers, an enhanced Brigadier slide, modified M9A1 checkered frame, an accessory rail, and a rounded trigger guard. It has a 4.7-inch Wilson Combat Elite II stainless steel barrel with a recessed crown and a black finish. The 92G Tactical has a dovetail tritium front sight and a Wilson Combat U-notch rear battle sight.
“Being a serious Beretta collector, I have always considered the 92G SD the best model ever produced, but almost too expensive and rare to shoot,” said Wilson Combat founder and CEO Bill Wilson. “I feel fortunate to have been able to work with the fine people at Beretta USA to produce a pistol that, in my opinion, is an improved 92G SD. Having Beretta USA build my dream 92 series pistol is awesome and I'm very happy that a lot of people will be able to enjoy this fine pistol model.”
Additional features of the 92G Brigadier Tactical include a “D” hammer spring for lighter trigger pulls, Wilson Combat G-10 grips with a Wilson Combat logo, and steel guide rod. It comes with three 15-round M9A1 Beretta magazines and is available in 9mm only.
The Wilson Combat/Beretta 92G Brigadier Tactical is exclusive to Wilson Combat and is available only direct from Wilson Combat or from Wilson Combat Premier dealers. It has a base price of $1195.
