Shooting Sports Retailer just got word that Kahr Firearms Group sister company Auto Ordnance has introduced a single-stack 1911 in .45 ACP for just a hair over $500.
The sweet looking 1911BKO is built to government specs, with a matte black frame, barrel and slide and comes with brown checkered plastic grips. It even comes printed with "Model 1911A1 US Army" on the slide.
The pistol has a 5-inch barrel and an overall length of 8.5 inches and comes with one seven-round magazine. The BKO has the typical 1911 thumb safety, grip safety and firing pin block.
And all this for an approachable MSRP of $517.
